The FileSure Dashboard is your personalized workspace designed to give you instant access to key services and account insights. From unlocking directors and companies to tracking recent activity and monitoring credit balance, everything is organized in one clean interface. With quick navigation options like Advanced Search, New Company Alerts and service shortcuts, the dashboard ensures you can manage research, compliance checks, and data access efficiently from a single screen.

FileSure Dashboard Overview

After logging in, you will see a welcome panel at the top. Below that, the dashboard is divided into three key areas:

• Left Side - Navigation Menu

• Center - Recent Activity section

• Right Side - Credit usage panel

Each area has a specific role. Together, they create a structured working environment.

1. Left Navigation Menu

The left panel is your main menu. It helps you move between services quickly.

You Will Find Options Such As:

• Director Contacts

• Unlock Companies

• New Company Alert

• Advanced Search

Each section opens a dedicated service page.

To use it:

• Click “Director Contacts” to unlock director details.

• Click “Unlock Companies” to access company profiles.

• Click “New Company Alert” to manage alerts.

• Click “Advanced Search” to apply search filters.

There is also a support section where users can contact the helpdesk if needed. This panel keeps navigation simple and direct.

2. Recent Activity Section

The center of the dashboard shows your Recent Activity. This area tracks your latest actions on the platform.

It May display:

• Recently unlocked director profiles

• Recently unlocked company profiles

• Search history

If no actions are taken, this section remains blank. Once you start using services, updates appear automatically. This helps you review your usage quickly.

3. Credit Usage Panel

The right side of the dashboard shows your Credit Balance and Usage. This section is important for account control.

It displays:

• Available director unlock credits

• Available company unlock credits

Before unlocking any profile, check this section. It shows how many credits remain in your account. If credits are low, you can upgrade your plan or purchase additional unlocks. This ensures there are no interruptions while accessing data.
