This is a recognised issue on the MCA portal. In some cases:
- The attachments linked to a form are made publicly available, but
- The main/original form is not made public on the portal.
This occurs due to technical glitch or delay in publishing on the MCA portal.
Filesure provides access to documents exactly as they are made publicly available by the MCA portal.
Please note:
- Filesure does not host or control MCA documents.
- Filesure cannot provide documents that are not publicly available on MCA.
If the original form is not public on MCA, it will not be available through Filesure, even if attachments are visible.
To resolve this issue, a support ticket needs to be raised with MCA requesting access to the original form.
Customers Have Two Options:
- Filesure can raise the ticket with MCA on your behalf, or
- Customers may raise the ticket directly with MCA.
Once MCA makes the original form publicly available, Filesure will be able to provide access to the form through its platform.
